Payment Terms
- 25% of rent due at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
- A security bond (damage deposit) of £500 (minimum) applies to all bookings - this is refunded after departure as long as the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and there are no breakages or damage.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
