 Booking & Payment Terms - 25% of rent (or £200 - whichever is the greater) due at time of booking.
- Balance of rent due 6-8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
- A damage deposit (circa £50 per person) applies to each property and this is refunded after departure as long as the property is left in a clean and tidy condition without damage or breakages.
- Prices quoted include bedding and towels (but not beach towels) and utilities (except the telephone).
- A No Smoking policy applies to all properties.
